TomTology is a GPS forensic analysis and exploitation software application designed to give investigators the tool they need when encountering TomTom GPS devices.

Advanced analysis features allow TomTology to automatically scan and identify TomTom devices attached to a computer and perform a full analysis, including unallocated space, to recover live files as well as deleted journeys, phone numbers and SMS messages.
TomTology’s reporting feature allows the user to create detailed reports by exporting all or select data to an HTML document. The reports can be customized with case and examiner information and allow agency or organization logos to added. Locations can be exported in Google Earth file format or viewed directly from TomTology using Google Maps when connected to the internet.
